Richard Peabody will be participating in a panel called “I wrote a book! Now what??” at Kramerbooks and Afterwards Cafe in DC this November.
Join us Friday, November 2, at 6pm, for a panel discussion on “I wrote a Book! Now What?” Holly Smith, editor-in-chief of the Washington Independent Review of Books, will headline a panel discussion on the challenges writers face in finding publishers and in promoting their books. She will be joined by Laura Strachan, principal of The Strachan Literary Agency; and writers Richard Peabody (publisher of Gargoyle Magazine and author of the forthcoming Guinness on the Quay), J. Michael McNealy (author of Skeleton Horse, written during his second deployment to Iraq), and John Adam Wasowicz (author of the legal thriller Daingerfield Island). This lively and informative conversation will provide insights to indie writers and publishers seeking opportunities to introduce, expand, and redefine their literary horizons.
