“D.C.’s Noir at the Bar reading series is going virtual, in support of the area’s independent bookstores!

Readers will have a chance to connect with DMV crime fiction writers and support the local bookstores they love. Each Friday night, eight to ten writers will read from their work, via the web site Crowdcast, and viewers will be encouraged to buy books from beloved DMV institutions like One More Page, Politics and Prose, Kramerbooks, Loyalty Books, and more.

And, as a special treat, we’ll have noir-themed songs from local jazz sensation Sara Jones, and local mixologist Chantal Tseng will craft custom cocktails for viewers to make at home, based on one of the books.” – E.A. Aymar (Host)
