At the National Book Fair Festival, The Academy of American Poets will present 12 Poets Laureate honored with a 2019-2020 Fellowship sponsored by the Andrew Mellow Foundation. As well as receiving her fellowship officially, Grace Cavalieri will read briefly from her poetry at 11:15am on the poetry and literature center stage.
ASP will set up a table at the book fair during Alexandria's "Emerging Writer's Festival." 10% of all book sales will go towards supporting legal services for migrants through RAICES, and personnel will collect direct donations between 4 and 5pm at the book fair.
