Alan Squire Publishing takes sedulous care of its user’s data and collects very little of it as outlined in our Privacy Policy; however, even the largest companies with the strictest procedures charged with housing the most sensitive data are subject to intrusion and theft by well-equipped agents. We do all we reasonably can to assure your data is safe, but if there should be a breach, we are not to be held liable for any leaked data. Especially so, that the most sensitive data we collect, namely credit card information, is housed as securely as it can be by the Square corporation, the company who processes our transactions, and none of that data is hosted natively on the site.

Delivery time, i.e. the time from order to the delivery of goods, is reliant on the punctuality of the courier and thus ASP is not liable for any late delivery of packaged goods nor for any network or data or oversight error which should delay goods.
